Description
- Property IsTaggedText indicates that for SAPI 5.1 the
text will be
parsed for XML markup; for SAPI 4.0 it
will assume as tagged text.
Remarks
- SAPI 5.1 text-to-speech (TTS) extensible
markup language (XML) tags fall into several categories. It supports five
tags that control the state of the current voice: Volume, Rate, Pitch, Emph,
and Spell.
