Custom TTS (Text to Speech) demo --- (UPD) Sample code in VB6

The sample program demonstrates how to how to build the telephony application that includes text to speech capability.


Requirement: :

  • TAPIEx version 3.2 or higher
  • SAPI 5.1 (or SAPI 4.0) and Speech Recognition engine are installed.
  • TAPI complicant hardware like voice boards, PBXs, voice modems and so on
