What is Virtual Wave Driver?
The Virtual Wave Driver package contain a Windows multimedia driver and a ActiveX DLL. It allowing you to capture/send audio (wave) streams from/to any application.
It creates a Wave In/Out devices in your system.
You can use VWD to "thief" an output sound stream from the application that doesn't allow to write it into WAV file directly. Any application can send audio stream to our virtual Wave/Out device, and audio stream can be captured in our ActiveX. So you can further process the captured audio stream. While streaming, VWD can also transfer the stream to the real sound card. All transfers are made digitally, providing NO sound quality loss.
Any application can receive the audio stream from our virtual Wave/In device. You can feed our wave/in device with the audio data you want.
Virtual Wave Driver can associated with our ToneDecoder or ToneEncoder. After that, you can decode the the tones from the audio
generator
applications, or encode your tones to any audio recorder or monitor application.
VWD can working with VOIP system, such as obtain audio (wave) from VOIP system or ouput your audio data to it.
It can works with most Windows software development environments. With development tools like Visual C#, Visual Basic.NET, Visual Basic, Visual foxpro, Delphi, C++ Builder, Access ,Visual C++ and others that support ActiveX controls. |
